Oil's Anamegators
Oils` Anamegators are meant for use in engine, transmission, back axle’s reducer or in stationary equipment. Oils` Anamegators don’t operate in basic oils, without additives.
Non-toxic. Contact with them is practically excluded, owing to the convenience of the package and application method.
Anamegators` similarity to other oil additives consists in technology of theirs insertion, which provides for preliminary oil’s warming-up to an operating temperature (approximately 80°С) and thorough mixing. If ever Anamegator added into the oil, which has environment (ambient) temperature, a reaction would run slowly and Anamegator would need noticeably more time for dispersal throughout oil’s volume during mixing. If held conversation about considerable volumes` modification, in that case the most optimal choice would be oils` modification under conditions of petroleum refineries, when Anamegator would be added in the oil at the last phase of production, in usual mixer-reactors.

Modified oil has higher detergent and dispersive characteristics that brings to softening of lacquer with his subsequent flushing in filter elements.
Anamegator`s influence on oil take place by means of electro-charge’s aiming and in this connection oily lattice’s strength is increasing, contact between oil and attrition faces is reducing. After oils` application without Anamegators, surfactant is kept safe for diesel engine up to 500 km., for petrol engine – up to 1000 km.
Analogs` availability is not known to producer neither by addition concentration, nor by efficiency complex, nor by effectuality by every concrete index (antiwear, antioxygenic, washing, dispersant, antifriction properties, oils` serviceability increasing).
Engine’s elements of motor-car with a big haul can be worn-out greatly. Especially if car’s maintenance basic requirements were frequently violated and low-quality combustive-lubricating materials were applied. Most of such engine’s mating components (tribological situations) are unbalanced relatively each other. Gaps, which are greatly noticeably than admissible, were appeared between them. Compression fall, increased oil’s expenditure for waste is consequence of such processes. Such engine, especially at the moment of start and during the first minutes of operation , “clinks” and it is shaking with fever even at idle speed. Exceeding of oil’s Anamegator`s dosing rate can not be allowed. Anamegators are products of complex action, breach of instruction demands can bring an effect, declared by the producer, to minimum. Preparation’s overdosage increases only washing qualities of the Anamegator, changes elasticity of rubber-technical products beyond essential indices, thereby reducing prospective effect.
Under the influence of flushing facilities happens surfactants` partial washing off. That is why the producer does not recommend making use of flushing facilities during oil’s replacement.
Oils` Anamegators, output by the enterprise “ADIOZ”, are effective in any case, but optimal term for surfactant’s formation is the haul no less than 10 000km. Therefore the producer recommends not to reduce oil’s replacement time below this value.
It is compatible. It strengthens and increases term of validity of given packages. One of the most principal oils` Anamegators` effect is prolongation of additives` packages` serviceability. As regards other additives and supplements, not incoming into the basic package, here it is necessary to examine every case individually.
During gaseous fuel’s combustion in ordinary motor-cars` engines temperature in compression chamber is higher than during petrol’s use, that causes increased vaporation of oil in compression chamber. That facilitates sediments` formation, lacquers mainly, which aren’t burn down. Therefore oils should have heightened endurance to thermal destruction, improved washing qualities, theirs sulphate ash level should be less (about 0,5%) than of ordinary. These requirements satisfy oils, which by API belong to classes SF/CC, SF/CD and higher. Special oils for gas-engines are released too. They destined for operation only on this type of fuel (rather than gasoline-gaseous engines – hybrids, which represent themselves nothing). These products are separated in individual sub-group, since special ash-free additives are used during theirs production, which are 1,5-2 times more expensive than those, which are applied during ordinary engine oils` manufacturing.
If pressure in an engine’s lubrication system satisfies standards, that is entirely enough for a normal operation of valves hydro-tappets, except for excessive wear of theirs pump elements, as well as excessive lacquering, which hinders from making a full range of valve’s motion (opening, closing). “OZEROL”, washing away lacquers, restores the range of motion, simultaneously sealing pump elements` gaps. One might say that oils` Anamegators will restore normal operation of valves hydro-tappets, if the latter don’t have excessive wear of pump elements.
If You are sure that pressure in the lubrication system is insufficient, because of an oil pump’s deterioration, that is confirmed by sight by an oil pressure bulb, then “OZEROL”, sealing gaps on attrition pairs, can restore oil pump’s normal operational capability.
Since oils in the system of steering booster and in transmission have package of basic additives, then the enterprise “ADIOZ” recommends strongly adding “OZEROL” in these oils and aggregates.
In the time of oils` Anamegator`s “Ozerol” use washing qualities of ordinary oil are improving, endurance to thermal destruction is increasing, thereby necessary requirements, presenting to more expensive oils` classes, are fulfilled.
